Player's Complaint

I played Gonzos guest on march6 and i did 3 different withdrawals: 3300€ which i did get back on my casino account because my account wasnt veryfied then so they didnt accept make a cashout. 2150€ which i got in my bank account succesfully. But the third one was 4000€, which i didnt get on my casino account and either my bank account. They said on email that they have refund my account on March 06 3.15am by 4000€ but that didnt happened. I asked a proof of that but the document they send me is clearly insufficient of that 4000€. There is a missing timelapse of that period, approximetly 2hours is missing from 2.15am. I have almost all the emails left if you need them to check and also a couple of screenshots from my casino account.

Hi jan80,

We've reviewed your account activity and sadly cannot support your claim.

At 02:15 your withdrawal for €3300 was declined and returned to your balance. You played on for a few minutes until 02:20. You then requested a withdrawal of €4000 at 02:21 from a balance of €4652.21 taking your balance down to €652.21. You stopped playing at this point. At 03:14 your €4000 withdrawal was cancelled and recredited to your account. This took your balance back to €4652.21. You then started playing with this balance again at 09:54. At 12:01 you withdrew €2150 and this withdrawal was paid to you 18:31.

All your withdrawals have been either paid out or returned to your balance and used.
