Dear Sir or Madam,

I would like to complain to you about an online casino site called gslot.

I have deposited larger amounts several times, have also won well, wanted to have this paid out and I was denied this for various reasons, unfortunately I had no choice but to gamble away the money won on this page, as no payout was possible .

Is this normal practice or is it legal?

As far as I know, there must be a break of 5 seconds between the shoots under German law and no more than 1 euro per shoot.

An out-of-court settlement would be very nice and less time-consuming.

It would be best if my stakes were paid back to me and I then delete myself from this platform.

I hope that everything will be dealt with quickly and satisfactorily.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance.

Firstly, you did not have "no choice" but to gamble your funds. There is always a choice. You may have been frustrated, but that is not the same as being forced to place wagers.

Secondly, while we may be able to help with payment issues, we can only do so when you have a live balance. If you have chosen to play with these funds - making an effort to win more - and lost them already there is nothing we can do about this.

Finally, the German license conditions only apply to operators that hold a German license.
