Player's Complaint

I saw the high ranking on the casino in the couple of casino sites. However I have had a very negative experience here - This was my first win in this casino - actually quite a big win. I won 6 400 EUR in this casino on the ninth of April. I have done the account verification , had no problems with that. But today I got the email from the casino saying that my win won't be paid to me, the casino gave no good reason for taking away my win. They just stated the following - The Player is not allowed to use any strategy in playing with an active bonus in order to fulfill the requirements to wager the bonus. If the Player uses such strategies, and if the Casino has sufficient grounds to believe that the Player's actions are aimed solely to obtain financial benefits using the bonus advantage, then the Casino reserves the right to cancel all Player's winnings. What is this ? With this term the casino can just do whatever they want… They can just stop paying to every player, who has a good win in the casino. Obviously, i want to be paid.

I have already tried to resolve the issue that I am having with this casino, however this was in vain. The casino is making excuses in order to leave the customers without the money.

Hi globetrottertg,

After a long conversation with both the operator and the platform provider we are now at the point where I do not feel any further progress is likely to be made.

The situation here is relatively straightforward - Gunsbet are unhappy with the playing strategies that you've chosen to employ while using a bonus. Furthermore, they are even less happy about the fact that you've engaged the same strategies at multiple properties owned by the same people. For this reason they've categorised you as a bonus abuser and will not pay you.

Our position on this is clear - the strategies you used are not prohibited in terms and likewise there are no restrictions in place regarding claiming bonuses at more than one property in this group (nor even any indication that these properties are owned by the same people). Non-payment on these grounds is entirely unacceptable.

Unfortunately the operator has been clear that they will not change their position on your case.

While we cannot get your balance paid the consequences of this decision is that the three operators that make-up this group have been moved to Not Recommended status.

Sorry we couldn't deliver better news for you.
