Player's Complaint

I have been verified by guts.com in a process that took 36 hours or so and then after full verification I started to play in their Casino in Live Black Jack games operates by Evolution.

I lost a bit, deposited more and then started to win, I played for few hours in a row and after few withdrawal and cancellation of WD and so on so forth I ended up with a total balance of 201,350 UK Pounds approx.

I made in their system several WD requests as you can see in the attached file for total amount of 180K and left in my account 21,350 Pounds.

The day after my access to the account has been blocked, any trial to get clear answer on what's going on with my WD has been now answered properly rather than "we will get back to you once there is an update, till then you must be patient as your account is under security check" I think I was waiting enough time and for sure they have taken my deposits and didn't pay me any penny back since then. I would appreciate your immediate action in order to assist me to get my money from the.

Hi shab1290,

Firstly apologies for the belated response. Your submission raised some questions that required research on my part before any actions could be taken.

Our understanding is that you have engaged legal representation who are now managing this issue on your behalf. This is both a positive and a negative.

On the positive side, given the claim value this would in my opinion be the correct course of action if you feel you have a legitimate claim. We are not the operator's ADR within the UK market and even where we were the ADR system does place financial constraints on the size of claim that we can issue legally binding rulings for (i.e. a claim of your size realistically needs to be managed by the courts).

On the negative side, as you've engaged legal representation and as we are not the operator's ADR in this case, the operator has declined to discuss this issue with this service. This is a legally prudent move on behalf of the operator and entirely understandable in the circumstances. That being the case we cannot actually do anything to assist you at this juncture.

With regard to the ruling that this case will be given - as with any complaint where the operator refuses to discuss the complaint the ruling will be in favour of the player. However, accepting that the operator are now engaged in a legal dialogue and their legal counsel will have instructed them not to discuss the matter with third parties to ensure the integrity of their defence (in contrast to the usual operator non-response, where no legal action has been engaged and the operator simply does not wish to discuss the matter), this complaint will not be factored into the operator's review status.
