High Roller - Withdraw to not existend Creditcard

Player's Complaint

After winning the 1000€ i wanted to withdraw the funds to my Bank Account. What happened here is that Highroller Declined sending the Money to my Bank Account instead they insited to transfer the Money back to my CreditCard were i Deposit with the money. I told Highroller that it is not Possible to Withdraw to my CreditCard since it is Monese Bank and Monese Bank dont allow this. They forced me to use the method Creditcard and i got the Information of the Bank that i cannot receive the Money in that form. Ive tried to contact highroller now several times everytime they told me i get informations from the accountants since 1 week.But till now nothign happend. Also i didnt get any money and the Bank is giving me no information at all about the 1000€ fundet to the mastercard i used. They only told me that Highroller has to start an Chargeback. But for sure i dont want to wait longer than now 2 weeks to get infos / money back.
