Player's Complaint

I joined Hippodrome using a 30 free spins promotion on Reel Spinner. I won a little and played bringing my balance to just over £100, I played for about 5/6 days staying around the £100 mark until I played Fish party, I wasnt doing too great however I got to the bonus winning 10 free spins. 9 spins played and I didnt win a penny, howver on the final spin I won £1,444! I played on and my balance went to £1200 and I decided to stop there. The next morning I tried to log in and my account and it was blocked,I thought okay as many online casinos they require ID after a certian time so I sent my driving licence. I heard nothing for 2 days, I contacted them and they said it was passed to the 'operations team'and will get back to me. Then I recieved an email stating my account is fully closed, wont re-open and they cant tell me why "its a managenment2 decsion. If I have broken any rules and they can tell me I will accept it but all I done was play slots at 60p a spin win a fair amount and provided my government issued driving licence? How can I not even get a simple explination as to why my fair winnings have been taken from me?
