Player's Complaint

I won £12,614.92 back in October 2019 on the slot Immortal Romance, I didn't break any of the terms of the casino. I have sent them everything they have asked for but they are just ignoring me and not paying my winnings to me. I have spoken to a lawyer who has said he can retrieve my winnings through the courts and will add his costs on to Hippodrome but I would rather resolve this without a time consuming court case. They have no reason whatsoever not to pay my winnings to me so I wondered if you might be able to speak with them before I go ahead with the court action?

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Sadly despite repeated efforts to contact this operator to discuss your issue we have received no relevant response. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCogra. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that GreenTableLegal.com offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.

Hi Pogg,

Thank you for trying to help. I have in fact now received my money. I made the decision to make a claim through the courts and as soon as I started the process they paid me my money. I think they were obviously just trying to keep it in the hope I wouldn't peruse it. I will never be playing in a Betway or Hippodrome casino ever again.
