Player's Complaint

I won £1612.50 on the 11th September, which was all fine they then requested KYC documents which was no problem sent this then they approved those documents.

They then asked for a bank statement showing the deposits which I sent then approved this then nothing until I emailed again to be told they wanted a statement from when i opened the account to October. Which I provide even though i had sensitive information on there. Its now been nearly a MONTH. No update no winnings. Im becoming very impatient with the lack of communication they have provide, I just want to be paid my money!.

Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

All we can suggest at this is that you contact the operator's ADR eCORA. Alternatively, if you wish to consider legal action you could contact who we understand offer a no win, no fee service that specialises on the remote gambling market.
