Player's Complaint

Weeks ago I send a mail to [email protected] telling them that I am a compulsive gambler and asking them to delete my account and do not let me bet more because of my illness. After that I received calls and text messages prompting me to play. Unfortunately I went back to the page and my account had not been deleted or blocked, I bet again and, as is to be expected with the gamblers, I lost again more money. I send many mails until they finnaly blocked my account.

I demand a total refund of my money because they knew that I was a self-excluded gambler and because I had already asked for a long time before they blocked my account and not only did they not do it but they called me and sent me text messages inviting me to play.
