I got this message from Intercasino. Can you ask them to give me the money back?

I am contacting you from the InterCasino Support Team regarding your account and withdrawal.

Upon further investigation of the documents received, our Accounts team have closed your account and winnings were confiscated.

Your deposit has been refunded due to breach of terms and conditions:

User must submit the correct information during registration and should correctly state his name, address, contact email or personal telephone number. User also agrees to update his information should there be any changes to the registration data. User must give valid identification, address and contact email.

Your account cannot be re-opened.

What we can or cannot do depends entirely on the reason InterCasino have taken the action that they have. If you have opened multiple accounts under your own name, are running accounts under names other than your own, have misrepresented who you are or have submitted doctored identification, which would appear to be the broad issues that InterCasino could have, I'm afraid there's nothing that we will be able to do to help you.

Can you confirm whether or not any of the above may be a problem?
