Player's Complaint

Hi I signed up with this casino accepting the bonus £250 with £250 match, I won over £1800 not using my bonus and I couldn't withdraw! Which it states on the website! I went on to lose the lot, but must have played well over the wagering when it started! I feel conned and just want my initial deposit back! Very misleading and glitches all over the site! I'm done with all these sites as they are conning people! Take money in a second and hassle when u win! It's a joke!

Hi emjemz - welcome back.

Before I go I need you to clarify why you weren't allowed to withdraw? Had you completed the wagering requirements? Had you completed the security verification requirements to allow withdrawals?

Thanks,

ThePOGG

Hi emjemz,

I'm afraid to say that different operators have different policies regarding the use of bonuses. In the case of InterCasino the terms are as follows:

"Unless specified in the specific promotion Terms and Conditions all deposit bonuses have a default wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount. Bonuses that do not require a deposit, will also have a wagering requirement of 40 times the bonus amount. Once you claim your bonus, you are required to fulfil the wagering requirements before you may withdraw your initial deposit, bonuses and any related winnings. You may cancel your bonus at any time by contacting support, but will forfeit any your bonus and any associated winnings related to that bonus, unless you have fulfilled all the wagering requirements. In addition we will only return your remaining cash balance, net of any wagers placed. You can request a withdrawal of your cash balance at any time but in doing so you will forfeit any bonus balance and associated winnings."

The above term means that your entire balance is locked from the point that you receive a bonus until such time as you've completed the wagering requirements. It doesn't matter whether the winnings were derived from deposited funds or bonus funds, you would not be able to withdraw your deposit, bonus or winnings until the wagering requirements were completed.

If you've not completed the wagering requirement I'm afraid there's nothing we could do to help you here. If you think you have completed the wagering requirement we can ask the operator for your play history.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
