Player's Complaint


I played on InterCasino and I asked for my wagering. I do my wagering already complete an InterCasino say stils have wagering. I go in chat InterCasino say make investigation. I wait long time already every time InterCasino say yes we wait we wait when have answer we email you but they've not emailed. Say have 1800 wager I do say no have 1200 wagering. Can please help me InterCasino not help me. I ask can send me game I play so i can look my wagering say no cannot do for u can not show what u play. Can help me please?

Hi boeddhamonster,

I've heard back from InterCasino who have explained that the issue seems to be that you played two different slots games that contribute different %s to the wagering requirement for your bonus. In other words, while the wagering on one of the slots games all counted, only a part of it on the other game counted.

They've told me that they will be contacting you shortly to explain how their game weightings work. Let me know if this clears the issue up.
