Unfortunately there is nothing we can do to help you in this instance. The UKGC reserve management of this type of complaint issue to their own team. All we could do is suggest you contact the regulator.

You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 18k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.

That's a shame , so I cannot take this to ADR .

They aren't replying to my complaint been over 8 weeks , requesting original deposit back as they are letting my play on the same details that are internally self excluded .

Hi josheeboy93,

While we would ordinarily take on responsible gambling claims, the UKGC has put in place explicit and restrictive policies limiting how their approved ADRs can interact with responsible gambling related claims. You could certainly ask the appropriate ADR - I believe IBAS - whether they'd be prepared to take on your case, but I would caution you to anticipate that they will likely direct you to contact the regulator.

We have stopped assisting with responsible gambling claims against UK licensed operators due tot he low levels of engagement that UK licensees are prepared to engage on these matters. Where they do not have to engage with the officially appointed ADR, there's very little chance of them being willing to talk to an informal dispute mediator.
