Player's Complaint
I had one account open on jackpot city I had asked for it to be closed because the bonuses were not good and I had a gambling problem but then i was aloud to open another account using the same details the only detail that was different was the user name on. I had lost I think $10000 in a 3 day period I then the asked the casino why I was aloud to open another account I thought there system should of picked that up I tried to despute it with the casino and ask for the live chat transcript for both accounts in I was denied that right I was then told to contact eCogra as casino does not give out that information I have contacted eCogra a couple of time with no reply so this is my last resort

At the time that you closed your first account were you explicit in telling the operator that you had a problem controlling your gambling?
