Back on January 25th of this year of 2021 I had won a jackpot of $5000 dollars Canadian on the slot game Lara Croft Temples and Tombs and I have all and every ounce of proof proving my case and yet they still refuse to release my winnings into my bank account. I've been told not once but 4 times from the beginning of February till June which is now that I was and then wasn't receiving my rightfully owed. winnings these conversations took place thru the live chat personnel which i also have screenshots of Please could u take a look at my case and help me once and for all to resolve this matter. The reason they told me was that the name of the account didn't match the name of the card holder. Long story short my younger brother decided to open an account thru jackpot city using my bank card. Now I had quickly put a stop to that and I had informed jackpot city about the incident. They said for me to explain why and so I did which I have proof of and then ever since then they have given me the runaround. I'm the rightful card holder of the casino account and it was me that had won the $5000 jackpot ( total winnings of 6327 dollars and some cents lol. Like I said before and again I will not give up on this matter. I just want whats rightfully owed to me .. they can take my money in a blink of eye but when u win hahaha... forget it Again I appreciate you looking into my case and I apologize for the late response. Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.

Sorry we could not be of further help.
