Hi. did not understand at all what happened.
I made two deposits, sent the documents needed.
requested a withdrawal, did not withdraw for more than a month. In the chat they wrote "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, please wait." waited and a letter came

what? I made two small deposits to explore the casino, to test it.
what kind of professionalism? what club?
what are they talking about? absurd
