Player's Complaint

First, I've never gambled online before and thought I would try it out as I understand it is a fairly new thing in Canada and felt it would be safe.

I put $100 in the account with my credit and it was instantly matched by the casino, which at the time I thought was pretty cool.

Since then, I have been called everyday by the casino offering me different incentives to play again.

I have repeatedly requested to be taken off of their call lists, I was told I had to go online and change my preferences. I went to the site and cannot find anywhere where I can stop them from calling me. So, I went to online chat and explained what my issue was. The online chat agent told me that they would be changing the preferences for me.

That was last week sometime. I am STILL receiving calls from 1-613-656-6553 which says it is an Ottawa phone number.

At the very least I hope you can make them stop calling me.

I'm curious why they "JackPot City Casino" do not have to comply with Canadian Business Regulations, as in the Do Not Call registry.

I tried to do a BB complaint and need their physical address, which of course, is not listed anywhere on their site.

But, they are calling me from a Canadian phone number

Hi Rickygirl,

After repeated efforts to communicate with the operator about this issue we've received no response what-so-ever. Unfortunately this leaves us with no further options to pursue.

All we can recommend you do at this stage is contact either the Kahnawake Gaming Commission or the Malta Gaming Authority both of which regulate Jackpot City casino.
