Player's Complaint

I have noticed unauthorised amounts of $10.00 at a time being removed from my authorised Debit Visa Card that is registered on Jackpot City Casino and Ruby Fortune. The withdrawls say Bayton. Particularly on 10 Dec 2018 there were 9 x $10.00 transactions. I did not play on any casino on that day as I was traveling. I have since gone through my transactions and have noticed that there have been a number of other occasions where I have made a deposit and a second deposit is taken by Bayton over the past 2 - 3 Months. Around 26 October I used the online help with Jackpot City Casino as I had problems with my card. The support person asked for my three digit security number on the back of my card which I thought was unusual. This is not the first time I have had this problem with Jackpot City Casino. The same issue occurred back in late 2016 - early 2017. This was sortedout by my Bank ANZ. I have contacted the online support and have had a number of emails. The withdrawls I am disputing do not show on my any account I have that use Bayton and my dispute has not been resolved, there are communication barriers and no follow ups

Kind Regards

Hi overit - welcome to ThePOGG.com!

Unfortunately there's nothing we can do to help you in this instance. Your claims involve payment fraud. This is beyond the remit of this service. You need to contact your card provider and/or your local law enforcement agency to review this type of claim.

Thanks,

ThePOGG
