Player's Complaint
On May 05 2019 I deposited $20 CAD onto my account on Jackpot City, using CitadelDirect payment method. On May 09 2019 I cashed out $1000 CAD winnings. From May 09-May 13, I submitted all my proof of ID, and proof of address documents, and was emailing a representative from the Operations Department back and forth during this time. Eventually all of my documents were approved, and on May 13 I received an email stating, "The funds will be released today, Once paid, it usually takes 3-7 working days to reflect". This is now EIGHT days after the original deposit was made. On the 7th working day, (the 24th of May) I logged into my account, and chatted in to the representative via Live Chat and was told that my winnings have been confiscated due to the fact that my ORIGINAL $20 deposit didn't clear. Which isn't true, I have sent them my banking to show them that the moneys came out of my account, cleared on the 6th of May, and they are telling me that isn't good enough, fighting me at every turn, just trying to come up with any reason to not pay me. I also looked on my statements for my deposits, and the $20 deposit is listed as "approved transactions" even! I need this money. Please Help.
