request pay out of : $991 CAD

I sign up at Jackpot Knights casino on Sep 30,2015, had complete the wager requirement and would like to withdraw $991 CAD from my account . But this withdraw had been taking up so much time to deal with. I had send over the documents as request by the casino in order to make my payment process , there was a issue is that i deposit by master-card of $150 CAD when i play but due to casino unable to withdraw back to my master-card so i request the casino to pay me by bank-wire which they do have this withdraw method. When i click the withdraw bank-wire method on their casino page i was told to provide some bank detail which i had but there is a part that need to put in a bank IBAN info, i had directly contact my bank to request the IBAN info but they told me that all Canada bank don't have that IBAN info and the bank had give me all the info that is need for bank-wire which i had provide it all to Jackpot Knights casino but from Sep 2015 up to now i keep email them there is no reply at all, the only way i could get in touch with them is at their live support when there is someone there , but when ever there is live support online i told them about my issue they just keep tell me to email and wait for rely, but now it been a month wait i still unable to get any update it seem like they just want to skip my payment and not willing to pay customer winning.Could you please help me out.

I've heard back from Jackpot Knights. You can submit your withdrawal by simply entering your account number where the form requests an IBAN number. If you do this then let me know I'll follow up to make sure Jackpot Knights have everything they need.

Hi xiaxia0815,

I think it's a little early to conclude that the operator isn't going to pay you. There's a clear technical issue with payments to Canadian bank accounts due to the lack of an IBAN number, but I'm confident this will be resolved.

I'll contact the operator again and let you know what I hear back.
