Player's Complaint
I deposited 350GBP in a series of smaller deposits and won 450GBP.
After stringing me along with excuses for weeks they finally tell me they have paid my withdrawal. I wait a couple more weeks and still nothing arrives, so I decided to use their live chat to get help.
All the live chat will say is "its been paid" but provide no proof at all and will not respond to my emails for support.
They have now suspended my account and blocked my IP address from live chat.
Having done some research i can see that they are using a Ltd company name that is showing as "dissolved" at companies house. Also all deposits are made to Lagos, Nigeria and a currency change fee is charged!!

Hi dazzuko - welcome to ThePOGG.com!
As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Jackpot Villa do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.
Unfortunately you have chosen to play with an operator that is both negatively listed with this service and who has historically been non-cooperative with complaints submitted to us. While we will try to contact the operator on your behalf the chances of a successful mediation are low.
Thanks,
ThePOGG
