Found for the Casino - Jetbull have transferred this player's account from NikkiBet to ensure they can receive their balance when NikkiBet closed. This does not extend to retaining bets accepted by NikkiBet.

Hello, I have an account with nikkibet who was closed a few days ago and I received an email from everymatix that all my money will be transfered to jetbull. Now this has been 4 days ago and I still do not have my money, 3529€ and on top of that I was talking to jetbull support who told me that all bets placed with nikkibet will be voided. I placed a bet with nikkibet on monday around 10oclock for 400 or 500€ on euroleague basketball, Then when I tried to loggin again at 12oclock the site was already closed and I received this email from them : You are receiving this email as you are currently a customer of www.nikkibet.com or www.nikkibet.net, which represents one of the EveryMatrix's licensed White Label partners. EveryMatrix is the license holder and platform provider for www.nikkibet.com or www.nikkibet.net. Unfortunately, www.nikkibet.com or www.nikkibet.net is in the process of closing and will stop trading and thus your customer relationship with this brand will cease shortly. The closing procedure will commence on the 5th of March. You will not be able to login and continue your activity on the www.nikkibet.com or www.nikkibet.net website with real funds and your account will not be accessible. You will not be able to benefit from any new bonuses. During the closure process of www.nikkibet.com or www.nikkibet.net your account will be migrated to another webstransfer any active bonus campaigns which you potentially had with www.nikkibet.com or www.nikkibet.net; therefore, we kindly ask you to forfeit any active bonus campaigns you may have. Furthermore, you will need to read and accept the Terms and Conditions for your newly created account at Jetbull.com to be able to use the website.

There is no mention that my bets will be voided, I was also told that I will receive my money in max 48 hours and it has already been 4 days.I demanded that the winnings be payed to me but did not receive any answers so far

Before going further I need to make clear what we will and will not do.

We will contact Jetbull on your behalf if there are still funds missing and see what we can do to resolve that issue.

We will NOT pursue any bets placed with NikkiBet. NikkiBet were a company that bought in their gambling platform from EveryMatrix. The resources and infrastructure to allow NikkiBet to accept bets were provided by EveryMatrix, but the bets were accepted by NikkiBet. If NikkiBet has closed any bets that they have accepted that were not resolved at the point where they closed would be considered void and the stakes would be returned to the players in question.

When one of their white label clients close, EveryMatrix transfer the player account to the casino that they operate - JetBull - to ensure that all players can continue to access their funds and withdraw if desired. Effectively this prevents operators shutting up shop and disappearing with player's balances. They are not however liable for any wagers you may have placed with the closing operator.

If your balance is still missing let us know and I'll contact Jetbull for you.

Okey this is what I can read on the nikkibet site: The nikkibet.com website was a part of a broader network under the EveryMatrix umbrella. Subsequently, as stated in the terms and conditions with which all customers have agreed, in the event of closure of one brand, we reserve the right to migrate customers to one of our other partners within the EveryMatrix network
This means that if they can move my money to jetbull, why doesnt my bets stand, the bets that were normally accepted when they were placed a few hours before I ever received an email that nikkibet will close and before it actually did. If they are using their platform, then the bets are recorded in everymatrix sistem. I placed my bets for 500€, I won them and they just decide that they will no be voided. Without even telling me. And I had to wait 7 days to even get my money to jetbull. [EDIT] And yes they did shut down and dissapear with 500€ of my winnings which they did not even tell me, I had to find that out myself.

I've already explained this too you.

Jetbull and the company EveryMatrix did not accept your bet. Nikkibet did. Nikkibet closed before the events in question took place. As the business had closed the bets are void.

The migration of customers does not change this dynamic and does not make EveryMatrix responsible for these bets.

If funds have not been voided (losing bets) feel free to let us know and I'll pursue this, but as things stand I've been clear about our position.
