Jetbull - Does Not Pay Welcome Bonus


Resolved - The player played before the bonus had been added to there account, which is in violation of the bonus terms at Jetbull. However the casino chose to allow the player to claim the welcome bonus on a latter deposit.

Player's Complaint

I signed up to jet bull on 20th October 2015 (username [EDIT]), I deposited 100EUR for the 150EUR bonus, but the bonus was not credited, so i thought it would be added if I lost. I played and lost my initial 100EUR and nothing was coming. Jetbull say they will not give the bonus to me. I am very disappointed and hope you can help with this. This is a really bad experience so far.. I dont see why they cant give me the bonus

Hi mrmaxxxx84,

I've had a long conversation with Jetbull regarding this issue.

The first issue that was pointed out was the following term:

"4. In the rare event that the deposit bonus is not automatically granted after making a qualifying deposit, please contact us before any bets are made, and the Jetbull support staff will manually grant you the bonus.

Please note that our systems will not allow us to grant you the bonus if you place bets with your qualifying deposit before the bonus is manually granted."

In the first instance, by not contacting support when the bonus wasn't automatically granted you did invalidate the bonus by playing.

Nevertheless, Jetbull explained this to you and offered to credit the bonus on your next deposit. Looking at your chat history you accepted this, went on to deposit and when the bonus wasn't credited automatically, went on to play again! Once again this invalidated the bonus, a bonus that you were being given as a gesture of good will due to the first mistake.

The bottom line here is that you were given 2 chances to abide by a fairly basic rule and ignored the rule both times.

I've argues your case and the casino are willing to grant you one last chance on this issue. You need to deposit €100 and you will receive a 150% bonus. When you make your deposit you MUST immediately contact me and you must NOT play. When your deposit has been made I'll contact the casino and get them to credit your bonus. You cannot play before the bonus is in your account.
