Player's Complaint


Last week i withdraw from you're casino 200 euro and yesterday the cash went in my account. But today my account was -220 euro,when i checked the history i noticed that you sent 400 euro to my account instead of 200 . But without any notice you decided to take the money out of my account and leave my account on minus,wich i never allow to happen. This will have serious circumstances for my mortgage plan,basically i might not be able to get a loan in the future.

Also i had account on over 20 sites from you're company,and i self excluded myself from all of them and yet you still allow me to sign-up on other sites of you're. That means you are breaking the law,once i'm self-excluded you shouldn't allow me to gamble on you're platform anymore. I'm an addicted gambler and you took advantage of that,i'v lost more than 5500 euro from when i first excluded myself. I can prove that with emails and bank statements. Before i take this forward to the Department of Justice,court and also to AskGamblers.com and gamblersrock.com i can make a deal with you. Basically if you refund me 1500 euro i will not take this forward,i think it's a good deal for both of us. You can check in you're system using my email '' [EDIT]'' the fact that i was excluded from most of you're sites and yet i was allowed to deposit on new ones.

I'm waiting for a reply from you 48 hours,after that if i don't hear anything i will take this to court.

We'll contact the operator on your behalf but I need to make clear a couple of points before we do.

Firstly, if an over-payment has been issued in error, that does not make the additional funds yours and the operator are within their rights to charge back the additional funds paid in error. That said, it would seem good practice to notify you of this before doing so.

If you've received twice your expected withdrawal and haven't contacted the operator to verify this before spending that would not be the operator's fault.

Secondly, with regard to self exclusions - Jetspins are licensed in Curacao. The Curacao regulators do not require their licensees to extend self exclusions beyond the property where the exclusion is placed. So unless you have specifically excluded with Jetspin before your exclusion would not apply to Jetspin.
