Found for the Player - Unfortunately Joyland casino would not tell us anything about this issue and as such there really is nothing we can do to help the player involved.

Player's Complaint
Hiya guys, I was hoping you could help as I feel I am getting no where fast. I have had a win and its nearly 7000gbp. It was the end of May and since then have sent in pictures of bank cards, bills, passport etc and after all this they decided to ask for Notarized documents which I found out what that was and had it done. This was recieved on the 12th June and also provided proof of delivery and still to this day I've been fobbed off with the odd email saying the finance team are looking into it. Not sure what there is to look at for all this time and I'd love to get paid out. Any help in speeding up this process will be grately appreciated and look forward to hearing back soon.
