Just Spin - Helpless with withdrawal
Resolved - The submitting complainant has become non-responsive to our repeated requests for additional information. As such we assume they have resolve their issue on their own.

I deposited and played at just spins and luckily won some money back. I had already submitted my docs and they were all approved. They have two options for withdrawal one is credit card so I asked for my amount to be credited back to my card. Two days later I get an email stating their were "technical difficulties' with no further explanation. I was then asked to use the other method which is by bank transfer. I entered the information as instructed on their site then a few days later I was advised this was not good enough and I need to submit a statement. I did this but then they advised this was not good enough and now need a statement with my IBAN and Swift Code. I know that Canada does not have IBANS and banks here never put the swift code on a statement, actually i don't think any banks do. I spoke to my bank who advised it is impossible to get this document. I replled to customer service but they do not try they just give me the same generic response that they need a document I cannot provide. I feel lost and helpless and feel like I will never get my money back. I sent them a copy of my cheque as it includes my name, bank address, account number, transit number and institution number but I know they will say it is not good enough. It is giving me anxiety as I am currently out of work due to COVID19. Please help me in any way you can.
