Player's Complaint

So i have done a successful withdrawal from them through my bank.. but a week agon i decided to take a 30 day cool down from my gambling habits.. so i withdrew and they closed my account for 30 days. They cancelled my withdrawal cause i needed to verify my account which i did give them the necessary documents and an email from them saying its been verified. now i asked them to withdraw for me since I can't access my account.. first they ask for a bank statement which i have provided.. and they keep asking me for IBAN which i told them that Canadian banks only have BIC/swift code and IBAN is for European countries only. They approved my bank statement and said its ready for withdrawal.. i went on live chat and now i got an email asking for a bank statement again. They have done this 3 times. Asking for the same documents over and over again. So i have a feeling they won't withdraw the money for me so im here if you guys can resolve this for me. Please and thank you. I have records of their emails and chats.
