Resolved - Karjala Casino have informed us that this player has now been paid. The player is non-responsive to our request for updates so we assume they're happy.

Player's Complaint

I have gone through 30 emails and a week trying to validate myself. Being a player of 15 years this casino has been horrible. Non responsive. Non compliant with emails.

Now after being validated they returned my withdrawal 5 times to my account refusing to process it without explaining. No emails . Not in my junk folder or spam.. What a joke.
