Karamba - Withdrawal on hold for months

I am writing to make a complaint regarding a withdrawal on hold by Karamba.

I requested a withdrawal on 5/7/2020 and I was asked for my payslip and bank statement on 6/7. I provided them with my latest payslip and bank statement at that time but they said the bank statement must show my transactions with them in July which I had to wait till the end of July for the bank to provide me with the statement with July’s transactions with them.
On 27/7, I uploaded my July’s bank statement on the same day I got it from the bank.
After a week on 31/7, I received an email from them asking for further information about some other transactions in my account. I replied to their email on the same day saying that some accounts are other bank accounts under my own name and some are my dad’s accounts.
I followed up with them on 9/8 in their online chat service and the staff told me they hadn’t received my email and I provided my explanation again in the online chat service. After a week, I followed up with them again and the staff said my case was still under investigation and could not give me an exact time when this would be done and hung up quite quickly.
I believe I have given sufficient information and enough time for them to handle my case but they have been procrastinating.
Would you please step in and help with my withdrawal?
