saturday 1 august made an account by this casino. I did deposit 2 times 10 and 50 euro. after the second deposit of 50 euro i was kicked out because "i had an selfexclusion".
If had a self exclusion how was able to make an account play slots en deposit 2 times.
i had contact with the live chat and they told me to send the documents so they will refund my 50 euro.
I send the docs but one the employee who was sarcastic didnt accept my scanned passport because i had to be a photo and not a scan.
its their fold and ther problem i send the docs they need but they still dont paying me out.
After this i will quit any online casino because i dont trust it anymore.
