So I’ve became really lucky on lightning roulette and hit several big multipliers making me get huge amounts of money. I’ve send the documents and everything and received several withdrawals. Now it’s been 5 days and they’re saying my account is under investigation, leaving my withdrawals on pending while I am still able to deposit money. They aren’t specifying why my account is under investigation and honestly I really find it weird that this is happening, never had this at any other casino. The worst thing is that I am allowed to recall my money which means I am allowed to lose it all, but not get my money on my bankaccount. U guys need to help me man. I’ve tried talking to their managers but nobody is authorized to tell me what’s going on. I just want my money man...

With the greatest of respect you need to give the operator a reasonable amount of time to resolve this issue internally before seeking the intervention of a 3rd party dispute mediation service.
