Player's Complaint
I was playing konungcasino.com 13.11.2021. I played the casino welcome bonus and won 1600eur.
I uploaded documents what they asked for, selfied id, id both sides, proof of address and proof of deposit. Every document was right.
Next day (today 14.11.2021) they emailed me that my document for payment was wrong.
I tried sent them email but i got error, their email box is full and the Konung casino cant receive emails.
I also was in live chat talking about locking my account and cant emailing them, They only said this
"Give me a minute to check your account, please
Your account was closed according to the administration decision. Unfortunately the decision is final"
Please help me to get my withdrawal to me. I have not broken any casinos rules or done nothing wrong that they could do this for me!
