No but i had a deppsiet limit on 22€ and i could still make over 600€. I am using this app on my computer but not my Phone. I cant even log in to thepogg with my computer, so am wroghting this on my phone. But please help me, i feel so helpless. Then they told me its sestem fult. After some days my gambling monster come to me and i thought i Will get to do a depposiet , see if it goes, and yes i could make a depposiet . no , I have used bitcoin and my address changes all the time. And they haven't asked me for any address...

I have talked to them , and they now say that they will withdrawal only 0.02 btc of my 0.08 btc?, and they haven't even give me the 0.02 btc ?! its been 3 weeks and more now.. They say I only will get 0.02 btc because something they lie about. They also say that they have technical issues to send the 0.02 btc? Thepogg I swear to you and my life that 0.08 is the total sum that they should withdrawal to my wallet! Please help me, am stil wating , make them pay back my total 0.08 btc and they haven't payed anything yet not any btc at all. so am even wating for my 0.02 btc , and its been over 3 weeks now...

Your complaint does not relate to a closure request, it relates to a failure in your deposit limit. The 0.02BTC is the total amount above your implemented deposit limit that you were allowed to deposit.

I know! But my limit was much more then the 0.02 btc. I have all the depposiets!

Your limit isn't in question here. You are being refunded only the deposits that were above this limit. So 0.02BTC is the amount that you deposited more than you should have been allowed to deposit.
