I`m writing for a friend of mine...firstly because he doesn`t know English well and secondly because he doesn`t how to handle this at all... I hope that`s not a problem, I`d really appreciate it, if not.
Unfortunately he played at one of Gametech`s Casinos, La Fiesta, without regarding all the bad reputations in the www.
He made a deposit of about 40€ once there and took part in something like a competetion, where he was one of the "lucky" fools, who won an amount of about 200€.
The money must have been bonus money, so him was told.
So he started playing slots for a long time.... After finishing wagering requirements he wanted to cash out money, which was possible without trouble.
He received an email telling him to verificate his account, what he did at once.
As usuall at Gametech Casinos he received several E-Mails telling hin, that something was missing, not proper to get read etc...
After a long time of mailing the required documents his account was verified.
This was about 2 weeks ago, since there, nothing happend.
Chat says he has to wait, no further informations.
It would be realy nice, if u could make something for him.... Thanks
