Due to this they are routinely non-responsive to complaints posted at this site.

I'd strongly encourage you to disengage from any future play with this operator!

I've had a response from the operator stating that you have played with and lost the contested deposits. While I do understand your frustration with the slow withdrawal process, even with the best of operators if you've chosen to play with your balance and lost it there would be nothing we could do to help.
