Hello ThePogg ,

Need your help. I recently opened account with Ladbrokes, deposit funds , payed roulette and won 1100GBP

They they asked for documents- I send my Driving Licence and recent utility bill and they closed my account without any reason given than they could not verify my identity ? This is ridiculous as I took a picture of my docs and send those. I also have accounts is a lot of other casinos using same docs and I am fully verified everywhere. For example I am also verified using my same docs in Coral Casino which is part of their brand. The only reason they closed without valid explanation and reason is pure customer harassment and they refuse to provide any reason behind it or ask for additional docs if needed. And 100% the reason is not docs, because they are real and I am verified every other casino...

Unfortunately after repeated efforts to contact Ladbrokes we have received no response what-so-ever. At this juncture we have no reasonable grounds to believe this position will change in the near future.

All we can suggest is that you contact Ladbrokes appointed ADR IBAS. Alternatively if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that GreenTableLegal.com offers a no win no fee service specialising in the online gambling sector.
