Resolved - After a breach of bonus terms and conditions this player's winnings were confiscated. I mistake lead to less than the full deposit being returned. As soon as Ladbrokes were made aware of this issue they corrected the balance.

My username at Ladbrokes is [EDIT]. My email is [EDIT].
I deposited £500 into the casino claiming their 100% bonus. I ended up winning £2200. When I withdrew I was told I had broken their terms by betting too much. After a closer look I realised I did just about breach it. Although it was pretty harsh of them to apply the rule since most of my bets weren't in breach and the few that were were pretty close. But I guess it was in the terms.
What I found more difficult to accept was that they only gave me back £87.50 of my initial 500 deposit. They refused to pay the rest. I don't think that's fair at all. Any help recovering my deposit would be much appreciated.
Hi HanMon89,
My understanding - having spoken to Ladbrokes - is that the failure to return your full deposit was a mistake and the £412.50 should now be in your account available to withdraw.
Let me know if this is the case.
Thanks,
