Ladbrokes - self exclusion

On 18/12/2018 I made a responsible gambling complaint to Ladbrokes, this was not investigated by them with their reply being that I had self excluded myself from their company for 5 years and I shouldn’t of being playing on their site in the first place.
My old account username was [EDIT].
My new account ([EDIT]) which I opened on 10/02/2016 with total deposits with Ladbrokes during this time was £8,816.00 and total withdrawals were £955.00 during a six month period. I should point out that I used my own correct personal details.
I then tried to point out that they had let me gamble on their site when I was self-excluded, they have now blamed this on me and are now not answering my correspondence.
My internal Ladbrokes complaint no is [EDIT], with them now refusing to engage with me, I have now exhausted their internal procedure
