Lady Aida Casino - Refusal to pay out large win

As a UK citizen you should only be playing with operators that hold a UKGC license. Lady Aida Casino do not hold a UKGC license and as such are breaking UK law by accepting your custom.

The deposit was based on a 110% Bonus, at the time I deposited £45 which qualified me for a 110% Bonus, with some free spins.

I spent several hours playing the deposit (and bonus) to the point where the site even told me that I had in excess of £10,000 to withdraw (and was qualifiable wins).

For reference, I had previously had large wins in excess of £3000 paid to me from this website operator so clearly they are moving the goal-posts.

Sadly there is nothing we can do to assist you in this instance. Lady Aida carry the following term:

"Please note that some promotions have a maximum cash out limit, unless stated otherwise particularly in the terms and conditions of a promotion, deposit bonuses have a max cash out of x20 the deposited amount. The winnings from the bonus that exceed the maximum payout limit will be deducted from the players account."

You have received exactly the amount you are entitled to based on this term. If the operator has been more lenient than this on previous wins, that is their choice, but not an obligation.

Ok - they have definitely moved the goal posts on this as I have been paid out significantly more than x20 on other promotions and this just shows what a shady operator they really are!

I wont be playing the site again and would advise everyone else to be mindful of this.
