Found for the Casino - Lady Hammer Casino have provided sufficient evidence to establish that this player has intentionally attempted to delay bonus rounds to collect winnings after wagering requirements have been waived.

We will not support any player that tries to create a false zero balance in this manner to reset wagering requirements.

Player's Complaint

The casino is trying to get away without paying my win. On the 25th of April I got the message from the casino saying that my win was confiscated because, let me cite here - Sorry, but as for bet delay all your winnings were confiscated and balance subtracted to last deposit sum. Please keep in mind that all kind of bet delaying isn't allowed (bonus hunting and etc.). Obviously, this confused me quite a bit, i have no idea what exactly was meant. I played two games here - Secret Admirer and Starmania. I always placed normal bets on slots I have played, having winnings and losses added/discounted from my balance and I have no idea how any bet could be delayed in some way. Actually, I had no issues with the casino since I finished playing here 16th April. I successfully verified all the documents. i don't get what the thing could possibly be. My idea the casino uses this in order to just not pay what i won.

Before going any further I need to ask you a question - did you trigger a bonus feature and exit the game without playing the bonus feature?

I did not! I played the bonus feature on Secret admirer and won 1 170 EUR. After this I switched to another game - Starmania, I could actually see this win from Secret Admirer on my account when I was playing Starmania. I sent you the game screenshot of the game.

Lady Hammer casino have provided enough evidence for us to establish that they have intentionally delayed the play of a bonus feature while playing with a bonus.
