Laromere – acct locked


Laromere casino once again refuse to cooperate what-so-ever with any form of dispute mediation, unfortunately this time the player has not been met with such a positive ending and still has not received their winnings.

Player's Complaint

HI Pogg, I see you recently helped a player who had a problem at Laromere Casino. Perhaps with your line of communication you might be able to help me too?

My story is very similar to the other player's. We played around the same time last year too, late 2012.

I deposited £150 on 2 Nov 2012. I played slots and followed the rules. I had a finishing balance of £1699. I requested a cashout. Laromere sent be an email saying I played in an abusive manner with no further explanation. They closed my account and took back my winnings.

Hi lissa99 - thanks for getting in contact.

I can certainly try to contact Laromere and see if they'll review your case, but I'm going to be upfront right at the start regarding this complaint - Laromere were very dismissive of the service I offer during the last complaint and insisted that they would not discuss any details what-so-ever with me. After providing them the details of the complaint they just said that the player should contact customer support.

It is also worth noting that the player had previously tried to discuss the issue with Laromere and been completely rebuffed and when they contacted them after posting the complaint the issue was resolved near instantly, but if this issue involves betting patterns or such "abusive" play, it's unlikely that I'll be able to help as they simply won't discuss the details.

I'm not saying I won't try, I'm simply trying to create realistic expectations at the start.

I'll get back to you as soon as I've heard back from Laromere.

I'm going to make one last attempt to contact Laromere, but so far they've been completely unresponsive.

If they don't respond this time I'm going to close the complaint as 'Found for the Player'.

I'm afraid we've had no response what-so-ever to our numerous attempts to communicate with Laromere casino. They've made it quite clear that they've no intention of discussing any player issue.

That leaves me with no option but to close this complaint as 'Found for the Player' - I truly sorry I could not assist you further.
