Laromere – Neteller bonus abuse?

Found for the Casino - Once again Laromere casino refused to discuss a complaint related to them confiscating player winnings. Far from good practice.

Player's Complaint

Hello,

Just got word from Laromere they found me a Neteller bonus abuser. I had a cash-out of €2471. I won a top prize I even was in top winners list. After verified my account, (signed form, documents, verification call) I got the message that my money had be reversed back.

After entering the chat I got the message I am being in a Neteller abuse group. This is what really frustrating me, I've been using Neteller for 2 years now, I'm platinum VIP and I never made any transfers with anybody. I asked for proof they wouldn't give it to. I see that they made a mistake with one of your other members. I think they did that with me to. Can you ask them to do another check up on my account on the Neteller abuse this is impossible.

Hi OldSports - thanks for getting in contact.

I'll try contacting Laromere and see what they have to say, but will be clear that Laromere have been entirely non-responsive to us on previous complaints. While they did pay the player in the first complaint we received, they refused to discuss any details what-so-ever with us and the second complaint we received they failed to even acknowledge. In short, I suspect that the first issue was an exception and would not expect to receive any response to this complaint. Of course, that won't stop me trying to contact them.

You may want to take a look at your sign-up/locked dates - regardless of whether I view it from a UK or US perspective, it appears that your account was locked before you signed up ;)

I'll let you know if I hear anything.

Hi OldSports,

I've not heard anything back from Laromere casino. I'll try again just now, but if I don't get a response by a week on Friday I'll have to close this complaint as 'Found for the Player'

Hi OldSports,

Unfortunately Laromere casino have once again declined to respond to our attempts to contact them regarding this complaint. As such I've no alternative other than to close this complaint as 'Found for the Player'.

While your status with Neteller would have little baring on an investigation of this type (Neteller have a different definition of what constitutes a valuable user to casinos and no incentive to restricted users who may be engaged in questionably practices within online casinos), the information that we have could literally mean anything and without clarification appears to be nothing more than a Spirit of the Bonus confiscation.

Sorry I couldn't be of further help.
