19/10/2014 I checked into this casino and get 15 complimentary spins for registration.My balance at the end of wager was 90 euros. I have fulfilled all the conditions of the bonus and make a minimum deposit of € 25 with Neteller. According to the rules, I replayed the field 1 time, and then I applied for encashment of 100 euros. I'm afraid that there's going to be very little I can do to help you with this situation.

Firstly Laromere carry the following term;

2. Participation in the activities and games of the Casino (the "Game") is open only to residents of those jurisdictions where such participation is legal and not prohibited. Participation in the Game is void wherever prohibited by law.

This term stipulates that it is not permitted to play with this casino in a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited. If online gambling is illegal in Russia (I admit I'm not sure of the Russian legal perspective on the gambling industry) you've broken this term and Laromere are within their rights to void your play.

The only thing that can be contested is ensuring that you receive your deposit back.

Alongside this Laromere have historically been non-responsive to player complaints and as such are at 'Not Recommended' status with this site. Even if you hadn't broken a term it's unlikely we'd be able to help you.

Finally by masking your IP address you are doing something that players engaged in fraud regularly do so they can sign-up under multiple different aliases. This will ultimately have been the final straw for Laromere and as such they're going to view your account as a high risk of fraud.

I'm afraid to say that as long as online gaming is restricted in Russia, playing with any online casino is going to be risky - almost all casinos carry a similar term to the one quoted above. While some may accept players from Russia anyway, if the casino find out you're using any tool to mask your IP while playing with them it's highly likely your account will be closed and any winnings voided.

If you have not had your deposit refunded let me know and I'll try to do something about that. Sorry I can't do more.
