Player's Complaint

On December 12 -December 26, 2017, I won a total of $15,000. I have received one payment of $2,000 on January 18, 2017 and nothing further. When I contact the financial department they are very nice to speak with and tell me they haven't received confirmation from their processor and can never provide me with an estimated date I will receive the remaining amount due of $13,000. I was under the impression the casino can send $2,000 weekly, but I have only received one payment so far. I have been a long time player with the casino, and I have always received my winnings, but to collect $13,000 how long will this be. I would expect that as soon as the first check of $2,000 was processed I would receive subsequent payment weekly or shortly thereafter until the full $15,000 is received. It took over 5 weeks to get the first check from December 12th, and I don't know when the next one will come and unfortunately the casino is unable to give me any dates. Thank you for assistance with this matter.

Unfortunately you've chosen to play with an operator that has poorly defined withdrawal policies and that semi-regularly takes time to pay out large balances. I will contact Las Vegas USA for you and see what we can find out for you regarding the payment schedule by my advice would be to prepare yourself for a bit of a wait.
