Player's Complaint

Hi i applied on Gamstop to stop myself from gambling and one of the sites it stopped me from using was Leo Vegas. I applied to open an account on slotboss and over the period of a couple of days i deposited £3800 with no withdrawals and set myself a time out for 6 weeks i believe. In the last week i have opened an account with crownbingo and deposited £1195. When on there i was reading the terms and conditions about wagers from bonus and noticed that it was a sister site of Leo vegas, i had a look on a website to see who else Leo Vegas was covering and slotboss is too. On all of their sites in the terms and conditions it specifies that if you self exclude from one you will automatically be excluded from using all. i have managed to open accounts on different sites of theirs. Crown bingo contacted me for all my details and in the terms it says they do that to identify people and also to check you are not already self excluded on any other sites. i got an email back from crown bingo verifying my identity and approving my account. I have deposited £4995 pounds across 2 sites since registering with gamstop and feel that this shouldnt be allowed, their terms clearly state i would be banned from all sister sites automatically, i did not even know they were sister sites. Can you please guide me as to whether i have any rights please?

Have you self-excluded directly with Leo Vegas? Did you use the same details to sign-up to Slotboss and Crown Bingo using the same details (name, address, email address etc) that you used to sign-up to Gamstop?

Hi I cannot remember whether i specifically self excluded with Leo Vegas as I have signed up and excluded myself from many websites. I self excluded on gamestop which leovegas are with as it says so on their website. I have since tried to login and the account is still blocked. I use 2 email address exactly the same beginning but one is a hotmail account and one is a gmail account. I used both to selfrxclude on gamstop.all other details are exactly the same. I have lived at the same address for 12 years and always used full name when trying to open a new account. I know my account is blocked as I have since tried to open new accounts. As I mentioned before all 3 sites specify that if you self exclude from one you automatically cannot use other sister accounts but I have been able to make £4995 in deposits between the 2 accounts. Crown bingo even had all my paperwork emailed to them to check i wasn't self excluded which I know for sure I am.

Hi I have checked my gamstop account. I self excluded at the beginning of May with the exact same credentials I used to open accounts on crown bingo and slot boss.

Hi yes they were, i registered with Gamstop in May, i opened the slotboss account in July i believe, the crown bingo one was either end of July or first few days in August. I have since found another account that is a leovegas account that i have spent roughly £2200 with no withdrawals in August this year too. It is 21.co.uk.
