I'm slight confused, i understand if i had won, but even if i had won they had no plan on ever letting me leave the casino with my winnings. The moment I won up to 2,800 I instantly did a withdrawl and used my muchbetter account. This muchbetter was 100% verified and usable and I had used it already to make a deposit into Leovegas. Now what happened after 2 days or so is that I got a email that out of know where said in order to help you process a withdrawl we will need a picture of the front of this credit card with last digits xx7563. I thought this request was odd because this was the least used method I had for deposits made into Leovegas. I had another card xx7390 that was always used to make deposits and this one had my name on the front melted in. The one they asked for didn't have melted name in front, and they had to know this because I gave everything bank related at the start when making the account. 2 different bank cards from 2 banks and the 1 was the only one I ever used on Leovegas, but I hadn't ever made a withdraw yet, and I had the account for 3 years. Anyway I ended up sending the picture of the front of the card they randomly out of know where asked for, and I went to log in my Leovegas account, and I noticed they also cancelled the withdraw that I tried to push through using muchbetter. This seriously was getting confusing because this muchbetter account was being advertised as the greatest online bank like account that is used for gaming casinos. It's like the middle man between casino and your bank so there is never any hiccups. I ended up looking at what it says in the area where you read up on these things in Leovegas and found the muchbetter thing. It has very simple write up that basicly says open up a muchbetter account and use it one time to put money from your bank to muchbetter, and then take the money in muchbetter and deposit in Leovegas and u will then always be able to make withdrawl of winnings instantly. No long waits. So of course something isn't right when I got it cancelled and asked for a card I never use. Anyway I ended up getting a response about the card they asked for a picture. Of course now because no name in front of it melted in, they now needed bank documents, and I know that's exactly why they approached me asking for that exact card that they had on file with a picture already from when I signed up. Of course they had to play it out and ask again for it so they can basicly smoothly direct me to be even fooling with a card I don't use. What other option would they have to stop me from getting my winnings and at the same time not look like a obvious SCAMMER? Well they would gladly have seen that card on file with no name on the front, and then ask for a picture of it. They knew what card number to ask for because they had the picture of it in the first place. Then they think asking for a picture of that exact number card wouldn't look obvious. So anyway I had no choice but to play along and send bank documents, and 8 days or so went by, and guess what? They needed the bank documents again. Somehow magicly disappeared. So again I send so I can start emailing them multiple times to try and get many emails with me asking why can't I use muchbetter to withdrawl? And other times I asked why can't we just use my card that I use all the time to make deposits in Leovegas and also has my name melted in the front of it so this way at the most all I got to do is take picture 1 time of front of it, even though they already have it, And from there I would of been sitting at home with 2,800 in my real bank account sound and safe. Anyway i saved around 50 emails, and live chats with support, and when i asked them about these other 2 methods witdraw methods that are on my account and why i cant use them, they all gave different excuses completely, and its impossible for even any of them to be true because you cant have 2 of these excuses to run together or after each. They have been 100% found out to be scamming me by these emails. I acted like i had no clue and was the first time i ask the question about muchbetter, or my card i mainly use, and let me tell you, many of them answered and have screwed themselves this way. Also I had some when I asked the question about muchbetter they would responded and talk about something completely different, and these one acted like my question didn't exist. I made sure to ask those ones multiple times to confirm this is the case that they don't want to incriminate themselves [EDIT]. I have all these email and live chat, and I won't stop until shoulders stop being shrugged. [EDIT]. The news stations will take it, and if I need to I'll present to lawyers that understand the amount of money involved. No judge Will look at all this and shrug it away. He will want to know why has this gone on for this long. Then he will ask who is responsible for doing something, and why they did nothing. This is why I'm making this known to absolutely everyone that should want and need to know.  There is ABSOLUTELY no reason on this planet for them to refuse letting me withdraw my money into muchbetter, or the bank and card I always used to deposit in Leovegas. Yes they have prevented me from leaving with my money. What world is this where a company will [EDIT]? Why are these people allowed to do this? I have seen many shrugged shoulders over this. Malta the one Leovegas owner is someone in relations with is problably gonna end up taking the ride with Leovegas by the end of this and others [EDIT]. There isn't a place on earth where someone digs in your pockets and tells you to back flip for it so much so until you break your neck and they picked your money afterwards. This is exactly what these people have down. It could of been the simple support being in trouble, but the further this goes the longer the train gets. I offered them to just give me my money I wanted to leave with, and they are to stuck up and they have been left to play this way for so many years that they now don't care and do it in a obvious way. I haven't even gotten to the good part yet. From being played around like a fool through all this I had sat at Blackjack table to watch. I ended up wanting to play a small bet. Long story short a error happened and I bedded 1750.00 and I get that it's a unfortunate mistake, but the fact my money is forcibly [EDIT] Being held in a gambling account of Leovegas I know this error should of never been something I should have suffered. I shouldn't even have had money at the time in the account. I should be a winner and have been able and allowed to leave. Are we saying it's legal for a casino to grab your money and keep it in there accounts? It's just exactly that they did. Also I found this website called trustpilot.com and has Leovegas on there for reviewing. There is 1200 people on there telling they have been scammed, and they all have similar stories. We are talking 1000 of them. Basicly almost 100% of the reviews. And they are license? Unbelievable. Keep in mind gambling has been the reason many many people lose everything they own, and there loved ones, and then they commit suicide. And here you have these people who pray on these people who are having difficult times, and then Leovegas will hold your money in the account and temp u to gamble. Unbelievable. Imagine how many people have lost everything because Leovegas, or if any committed suicide. What this turns into [EDIT]. But I'm sure if my story gets far enough we will see the list of complaints and destruction that has happened along the way. If you have a way to help my situation, please do so. There is no reason this should be allowed. I have more then enough for evidence. It's clear that Leovegas is a huge problem. In my experience they have ruined any Casino for me. Now I don't feel safe and protected even if they are licensed and regulated. I'm sure if this continues the world will feel the same if they know my situation. Thank you for listening.

What happened is that I ended up winning a bonus and was at 2800 and I went to withdrawl and I have muchbetter and this is suppose to allow me to withdraw and it says right on Leovegas and I had alreast made deposit using this method. Support told memo must give them my credit card number picture. I did but I was bothered because they didn't want to allow me any way of easy withdraw that I already was using strangly. The one person said the computer picked the credit card for him to ask me to send picture of. Now my name wasn't on the front of this card so I now had to give documents and I never got verified to withdraw. They also8 said I can't use another way because it's just that card the computer says. At this point I knew I was being taken for a bad ride and all those horrible reviews on trustpilot.com are all real. I knew I wasn't ever gonna see any money. BECAUSE I couldn't withdraw the 2800 and was flat out lied to and keep in the dark about muchbetter being able to work I ended up on a table blackjack live and a error bet mistake was placed and I lost 1750.00 and I was devastated. This happened a few hours after I got hustled into being told i have no choice to only answer them about a card nu,bar they wanted. I cannot believe that we allow these people to have a control and a way to steal are money that easily. This is disgusting. I should of been withdrawn at 2800 and not dealing with this 4 days later and now locked out of account and lost all my 3,000 dollars. Please someone do something. Is something gonna be done about them, and how do I get my money back from them? What do i do? I was devastated And I been awake for 3 or 4 days while I type and type and type and complain to every possible place and not a person does a thing about serious scammers working at Leovegas.
