Player's Complaint

Hi guys, so it's pretty simple. I opened an account a year or 2 back. After opening they advised sports betting was not available to irish customers. I closed it and okay if you do in future I will reopen. Then Tuesday I see they now offer sports betting to irish customers. I reopened and deposited money and played casino and sports. Then yesterday after attempting a withdrawal they say they're closing it. I explained and they cut me off! Very dishonesty bunch

I've spoken to the operator and before we can discuss the specifics of this case the operator needs you to provide explicit permission to share information about your account.

To that end I have emailed you a permission letter that you need to complete, print, sign and then email an image of the signed document to the Leo Vegas support address while copying in [email protected].

I will follow-up with the operator after you have done this.
