Player's Complaint

Leave Vegas claims that my self exclusion was not valid due to the fact that I excluded my account and then I made another email address and open a new one with the exact same personal details on whatsoever. they answered my claim in 2021 which they said no your account was closed due to multiple accounts and not due to responsible gambling.

even though I sent them a long email in February 2015 explaining my situation that I did not want to gamble.

They have ignored all my claims and stopped answering my emails

Hi heryjk - welcome back.

If you have changed your registration information, and that includes using a different email address, your self-exclusion under your other details would not apply within the MGA licensing system.

You may find our free Responsible Gambling app BetBlocker useful. It allows users to restrict their internet capable devices from accessing over 18k gambling operator websites for between 24 hours and 5 years.

Sorry we couldn't be of more help,

Okay, so they have permitted me to gamble in the US. I lived in Florida at the time of gambling. the entire BML group has refunded me due to this.

Hi henryjk,

If you have provided the operator with an address in a country that they accept play from, then moved and not informed the operator of the change in residence, the operator would not be responsible for this matter and you would not be entitled to a refund.

Sorry we could not be of further help,
