Leovegas - locked my account

Player's Complaint

Sir I created an account in leovegas.com to play games.. Earlier my account was working fine. Last time I had got some money withdrawal from my winning amount and more than 1 lakh were lying in my id. When I login my account to play the game again, it shows me on the screen that my account has been locked. I have contacted leovegas.com so many times but they did not get my account unlocked. Every time I kept asking same questions and I told everything every time. I the last, they said that the mail had sent threatened to commit suicide, so your account has been permanently locked.

But sir my account got locked first. After that I did so many mails but they did not unlock my account. Then I got sad and said that give me back my winning amount, otherwise I will commit suicide.

Sir my account in which more than 1 lakh money is lying which I have won by playing online games. I just got back the money I had in my account.. Please.. And sorry for my bad english. And sir, I do not remember the date and time of the incident very well.

They said, unfortunately your account will not be reopened and the funds have been forfeited and will not be returned back, this decision is final and cannot be revoked..

I had sent the Aadhar card which was not updated by mistake, so my account was locked.After that he said that your account is permanently locked.

I chatted with customer support of Leovegas, first they asked me for my details I gave my details after that I told them my account is locked please unlock my account. He said wait, we will check and tell.. Then his message comes that " thank you for your patience .. Unfortunately your account will remain closed. This decision has been made by the responsible gaming department and its final, we won't be able to reopen it" ....

Then I said please give back my winning amount, in my account I have more than 1 lakh in it....

Then they said, "I can see your balance in your account 0.00 INR" ...

I said before my account was blocked In my account i have more then 1 lakh rupees please check and give back my money..

Then he said, "unfortunately your account will not be reopened and the funds have been forfeited and will not be returned back, this decision is final and cannot be revoked" .

" the decision has been taken that you are no longer welcome as a customer at LeoVegas, this decision is final, will not be revoked and cannot be appealed. Please also note that the balance that you had on the account has now been forfeited. All accounts that you will create in the future will be closed on discovery and no refund will be made. If you continue to try to open more accounts in the future, all accounts will be closed and we will not approved any requested withdrawals. We wish you great luck in you future endeavors " .....

Have you opened more than one account at LeoVegas? Did you self-exclude on another account and open this account to try and bypass the exclusion?

Sadly this operator has informed us that they will not cooperate with the management of complaints via this service. At this juncture we have no reasonable expectation of this changing.

All we could suggest is contacting the operators ADR, eCOGRA. Alternatively, if you wished to consider legal action our understanding is that GreenTableLegal.com offer a no win no fee service that specialises in the remote gambling sector.
