Libra Bet - My request for self exclusion not actioned on time

I had account with casino site...I almost won €6000...I realized that i was spending too much time on the casino. I was afraid of loosing my winning money. The casino site have some weird terms and condition.
As part of responsible gambling I requested them to put cooling off period on my account for at least a week...but they refused to do that and end of that i lost all money and on top of that almost €6000 from my own pocket.
I dropped too may mail and talked to their online agent and explain my condition. But they refused to put cooling-off period on my account and because of that I lost all my winning account and on top of that i lost almost €7000 from my on pocket.
Also for withdrawal also they have limitation. I requested them to increase my withdrawal limit but they refused it.
Please help me if you can. I am a man with two kids and wife. I am only earning member in my family.
